1. Scope of Practice & Non-Emergency Notice

Insight Care provides outpatient psychological counseling and expressive art therapy conducted by Harshini V., Consultant Psychologist & Art Therapist.

Insight Care is not an emergency crisis intervention service. If you are experiencing acute distress, suicidal ideation, or medical emergencies, you must immediately contact local emergency services or national crisis helplines (India: Tele-MANAS at 14416 or KIRAN at 1800-599-0019).

2. Session Duration & Punctuality

All consultations at Insight Care are strictly scheduled for 60 minutes. Clients are requested to join promptly at the scheduled start time. Sessions conclude at the designated hour to respect the therapist's schedule and subsequent clients.

3. Booking & Payment Verification

Appointments may be scheduled up to 3 months in advance. To reserve your selected time slot, payment must be completed and verified securely server-side during the booking flow.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Notice

Clients must provide at least 24 hours advance notice prior to the scheduled session time to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

5. Virtual Delivery & Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate internet connectivity, private physical surroundings, and compatible hardware to connect via Google Meet, Zoom, or direct phone call.
